I've used Sandra twice in a month because she's that great! I used to rely on family in town to watch my beloved dogs when I had to go out of town to work and couldn't find a pet friendly hotel. After my family moved, I considered Petsmart Pet Hotel but it resembled a shelter in the kennel area unless you were lucky enough to book a suite (always booked up). I found Sandra and am so glad! My dogs are kept in a home setting. She is very gentle and soft spoken with the dogs. They are kept with other small dogs their own size. She sends me texts and pictures throughout the day to let me know how they're doing. She sent me home after my first visit with free special antibiotic ointment for my little girl's itchy spot on her tail. My dogs are happy to see her and in a good mood when I go to pick them up. She walks them. Love using her and highly recommend!
