They were able to come out either 1 or 2 days later. They were on time and even called beforehand. They performed a detailed inspection and provided a coupon. The only negative comment I have is they did not include the cost of the repair work in the initial report (which was needed for a home purchase), but did get it to us shortly. Overall, they did a good job.

Before I contacted Sanders Pest Control for a termite inspection, five other pest control companies (Clark, Mister Sprayman, Morse, Terminix, and Yosemite) had performed inspections and recommended treatment plans for eradicating my house?s subterranean termites.  I had not hired any of the other companies because none of their treatment plans appeared to conform completely to the treatment protocol prescribed on the label of Termidor, the insecticide that all of the companies agreed needed to be applied.  Consequently, on the recommendation of a real estate professional who said that Sanders Pest Control was ?wonderful,? I contacted Sanders for yet another inspection.  Sanders? inspection was very thorough, as had been the other inspections, but Sanders? proposed treatment plan called for treating many areas that the treatment plans of the other companies had ignored/omitted, and at a cost that was very reasonable.
On the day of the scheduled treatment, Sanders? termite technician, Mr. Laster, and inspector, Mr. Lewis, arrived at my house.  Both Mr. Laster and Mr. Lewis were very professional, thorough, and friendly.  As an example of Mr. Lewis? thoroughness, he instructed Mr. Laster to treat the concrete slab next to the guest bedroom?s west wall in order to prevent a potential infestation at the plumbing well beneath the bathtub in the hall bathroom, which adjoins the bedroom at the bedroom?s west wall.  Mr. Lewis took this precaution even though he had not found evidence of termites in either the bathroom or the bedroom during his July 31 inspection (nor had any of the other pest control companies? inspectors found such evidence).  When the carpet was pulled back from along the bedroom's west wall during the termite treatment, however, a noticeable pile of dirt was discovered next to the wall, an indication, according to Mr. Lewis, that termites were already in the wall.  Needless to say, I appreciated Mr. Lewis? willingness to attempt to prevent an infestation, which actually led to the discovery that the infestation had already occurred.
Mr. Laster was similarly thorough, working tirelessly throughout the day, despite the very high heat.  Moreover, I was impressed with the care that Mr. Laster took to ensure that he didn?t cause even minor bumps/nicks/damage to my home.  Should I ever need any kind of pest control services again, I will definitely call Sanders? Pest Control.

I have used this company for several years.   inspections are always very thorough, both inside and outside of the house.   the inspector is friendly and professional.  Inspections are  scheduled and carried out promptly  at a time and date of my choosing. 

They were very credible. The guy who came out to do the inspection was very nice, very respectful, and polite. He was thorough in his job. The price was the going rate.

They are very reliable and I use them every year.
