SAN JOAQUIN PEST CONTROL

We've used them for several months now. They come out monthly. I've spent almost $300 so far doing this and it seems like a lot of money. Have I seen much progress; yes I have. Their price is probably competitive but I wasn't thinking I'd have to spend $300 getting rid of rats outside. They call a day or two in advance and say they're coming out to check the traps. I'm kinda thinking about cancelling. I guess just see about maybe we've gotten rid of the problem and I don't need to keep paying $40 a month for the next 5 months. 

My home was inspected by Clark Pest Control, very professional and thorough but the offer to fumigate was $2800. I chose San Joaquin because of the lower bid. They inspected, arrived puntually to tent and fumigate but when we returned to the house we suffered some scratchy red eye irritation. We did not advise the company but should have. The underground fumigation was done punctually and swiftly. There was some slight damage to plants close to the foundation and a little dirt mess left from the tenting.

WE ARE PLEASED THE MOST WITH THE WAY WE NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY WILL SHOW UP. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN WE NEED THEM.
