Extensive prep work needed prior to painting. Crew spent a couple of days on that alone. Painted exterior walls and trim. Did an outstanding job. I had doubts the house could ever look that good; I just hoped it would look *better.* It looks great! Manuel Salas and his crew are incredibly skilled and professional. In fact, he did such a good job I hired him to paint another Tower District house we own. Did an excellent job on that one also--both homes continue to get compliments from neighbors. He is punctual and initiates and returns calls in very timely manner. I can't speak highly enough of Salas Painting.

There are no words to express how happy I am with Salas Painting Service. They did an immaculate job on the exterior of my home. I have a very large and very tall 2-story house which was absolutely no problem for this company. They even refinished all exterior doors to the point that they look brand new. Everything was done with precision and perfection. They completed everything in 2 days. They were beyond friendly and personable. I would most definitely recommend them for any painting you need. They are for sure a 5-star service provider.

Went great. The owner communicates clearly and is very personable. He has a good eye for paint and this became even more clear when we ignored some of his advice (it became clear to us, once he had completed what we had requested, that he was correct in terms of color choices and surfaces which should be painted). The paint job itself was good -- some of the rooms were quite challenging (dark colors being painted over with much lighter colors) and the Salas crew did a great job -- putting down multiple coats to ensure that the color was what we desired. If I was forced to be picky, the only things I could point out would be an errant drop or two on a door handle, a piece or two of masking tape left behind, and a receptacle with one of the screws not back in place -- pretty petty stuff for a job that, overall, was well-done.

I was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of the work Manual and his team did. I had attempted to get another painting company to perform the work and was treated so unprofessionally I was leery of all companies. Manual showed up to give me an estimate exactly at the time he stated, gave me what I considered a very fair estimate considering he had to correct a lot of the painting I had already started, came in three days later and completed the quality work his company did in less than a day. Everyone was so polite when I showed up to review the work and I was so pleased and relieved that they had done exactly what was agreed to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Salas Painting again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends (which I have already done to my real estate agent so he can pass on the good word). Professional Timely Quality Family business Best price I could not ask for more. Mr Salas did the job exactly as he promised and went above and beyond to get the job done.

Arrived for the job on time as promised. Powerwashed then spray painted and hand rolled; job completed in 2 days. Good clean up of debris. No paint splatters on concrete or windows. Painted small storage shed. Charged for labor plus cost of paint and left me the extra paint for touch ups. Provided all materials,ladders, etc. Used my water for powerwashing. His powerwasher is 220 volts so needed to access my garage power outlet. Manual Salas is a very cordial and kind man. I was pleased with this service and the outcome of the project.

PAinted a house exterior that I was prepping to sell- excellent job, fast response and thorough cleanup. Used again when I needed another house painted. Highly recommended- responsive, professional and fast! A++++++++++++

They were not too thrilled about doing the house because I think it was too much of details so I have got someone else now who is currently painting. The estimate was okay. They were good and I think they didn't want to do is because they were older like me and it was a lot of work.

I found him on Angie's List and he has all A ratings and I can see why. He came out to give me an estimate two hours after I called him. I was really please with the quote, I think its a very fair price. He called before our appointment time to let me know he was on his way. He is a very nice and friendly guy. He did a great job, was on time and very professional. He went above and beyond. The work was done in 3hrs, he knows what he is doing.

My husband and I were painting our patio cover and discussing the possibility of getting the entire house painted. We found Manuel's name on Angies list and gave him a call. Within 4 hours, Manuel was at our door ready to offer a quote. It was a reasonable quote and he even offered to finish the patio for us. (Thank goodness because we were not sure if we could finish on our own!) Manuel painted the house later that week and discussed every step with us. He and his crew did a great job! We are really happy with the results.

Called Mr. Salas and he answered right away. He came over within an hour and gave an estimate on the spot. We had to wait a few days for our re-fi to come in but Mr. Salas was standing by whenever we were ready. Scheduled paint job and work started next day, a day sooner than planned and finished in only 2 days. House looks great. Fast and easy. Loved Mr. Salas' attitude and suggestions with color. He even came back the day after we paid him to make absolutely sure nothing was missed. Very nice guy. Very nice price for 1600 sq ft house. Would post photos but the mobile app won't let me.

Manuel was very quick to reply with a quote and was able to paint our home within 2 weeks of when we first spoke with him. It took several days of painting over the course of a week to complete it. Most of the work was completed on one day when the spraying was done and there were 4 other people helping. Job included pressure wash, spot scrape/prep/primer, hand paint all trim, hand and spray paint body of house, painting doors including spray painting two security doors. The area was left clean after the paint job. House looks great.

Manuel came out for the estimate the day I called and I got an extremely reasonable estimate right there. We had a lot to do and my house was a mess. It hadn't been painted since it was built 21 years ago. He and his son went the extra mile to make it look new. They were on time each day and even finished a day early. Manuel's son has a great eye for detail and made sure that everything was perfect before they left. Now my house looks better than it did when it was first built. I'm very grateful to them for such a beautiful house.

I had two prior estimates then a friend stated she had used Salas painters, so I gave them a call. Manuel responded to my call, stopped by for an estimate to start at a future date (my request). he came by to verify paint colors and order paint so he and his crew would be ready to paint on Monday. He has a great sense of humor and is very personable. He showed up promptly at 7am and his crew usually comes a little later. His wife and son are part of the crew. I have vaulted ceilings and they took this on this difficult task. They painted the walls a different color than the ceiling and did a nice CLEAN job. Additional costs were discussed, as he had to apply additional coats. They finished the job in the time promised. I would recommend and rehire Salas Painters as they were reasonably priced and very efficient. Thanks to Manuel and his crew for being awesome.

These guys are professionals! They are immaculate painters...they do excellent work. If you've never had painting done by a professional before, you need to try these guys and you will see what I mean...you will never want to have any painting done unless it is done by a professional. These guys commit to a day and time, and get the work done on the day promised. I always get 3 bids for any job and these guys always out bid any other professional. There are never any hidden fees in the bid...the bid is what it is and these guys don't disappoint. I highly recommend. M*

I called the number on Angie"s list. They answered the phone right away. They came over that day for the estimate. We then scheduled for the following week. They called me mid week to see if they could start early. They stared on Friday and cleaned upSaturday after noon. They came back, quoted, and scheduled for the back part of the property. They came back the following week and finished in 2 days.

He performed better than expected, on time and cleaned everything up when finished

He came out and spend a good amount of time for the estimate.
