Great service! Regency property management has managed my properties for over five years I have never had an issue with any member, they always call me for all service needs to get my approval for every item! I wouldn't switch if you paid me. A++ thank you.

The provider would just send me a breakdown of what they charged me for services rendered and how much I received from renter. They would never call me if repairs needed to be made or give any kind of estimate for repairs. I wouldn't no weather or not renter paid for the month until they mailed me out a report with check at end of month. They would just remove money out of my account without my permission. Terrible response to my calls and complaints. I would not recommend using this company if you need a rental house managed.
