I have been very pleased with both the fairness of the cost and quality of the work. Just as important, I was happy with the timely manner in which the work was completed. The workers showed up when they were supposed to and the work was done when Steven said it was going to be done. I have had rental propertied in the Fresno/Clovis area for several years. I can't tell you how much frustration I have had with people in the past not showing up to work on the house and nothing being done. In addition to this was the frustration of not being able to get a hold of someone to find out what was causing the delay. I have NEVER had this problem with Steve. He always informed me of any possible delays and always gave me a reason why. He always returned my calls promptly. For these reason, I will definitively use Steve in the future. It was good to have someone I could count on.

The price for the work done was fair and the work was excellent. Just as important, it was completed when Steve said it was going to be. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to. I didn't have to spend time trying to find out what the delay was as I have often had to do in the past with other contractors or handymen. I will continue to use these people.

Jim Norwood (559)458-5271  Licensed 942169 is the first general contractor we have hired that charges Handyman prices! He is willing to tackel everything from A-Z We own home rentals. After a tenant moves out we call Jim to meet us at the rental home and he makes a list of everything that needs to be done. He puts all work and material on a list and follows through with everything that needs to be done.
This is the second rental home he has take care of this year for us.
He has rewired an outside gazebo built in 1930 that had wires suspended by insulators and 15 sockets, he remove all, and old wire insulator, and replaced them with 2 new fixtures and LCD low cost lamps, absolutely excellent
Jim has taken out old small windows and installed new large dual pane windows in stucco the performed all work beginning to end
He is the only handiman contractor I have ever found that is affordable and does everything to satisfaction that I have found in Fresno CA
