Do not use! First, he didn't measure my roof correctly and then came begging for another $400 due to his mistake. I stupidly paid and should not have, according to other contractors I spoke with. Second, I had a solar panel on my roof for the water heater. He removed it as he had to to install the new roof, but he never re-installed it properly, it was not anchored to the roof as it had been before. Very lazy and quickly just placing it in the same area and connecting the pipes. It started leaking not long after this. Do not use!

I hired them, as I was pleased with the job that they did at my neighbors place. Their estimate was good as well. I had 3 things done like the roof, stucco and paint. The roof was the first thing that was started by Randall Cunningham Construction. The stucco and painting work were done by other companies. The guy who got the work done has got a very small company and he basically works by himself with a couple of other people. He hires out the demo work such as taking off the old roof and so forth. This is a 1935 house. He did an incredible job, as there was no way of really knowing as to what he would find when he got down to the bottom. He had to do a lot more wood work than he originally anticipated. We had a lot of board that would go under the under lane which had to be replaced. We knew about the new fascia boards that had to be installed, but there were few things about which you couldn?t comment until you get everything stripped off. He was here every day and took longer than we thought. He was also a little more expensive than we thought and I think all of it was legitimate. I will use his services in the future as well.

THE MEN FROM CUNNINGHAM CONSISTANTLY WERE FRIENDLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. I SAVED A GREAT DEAL, AND THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
