Not good. The main problem was that the work actually performed was less than the work proposed in the estimate. In other words, they said one thing, but did another. The cost of the job was reduced only after I complained, and even then I felt that I overpaid for the services. Considering the what was done, I could have had a handyman do the job for a lot less than $250.
The other issues were that they were not prompt (the work was done about 3 weeks after the estimate) and that the gave no sufficient advanced notice before the crew arrived at our house. It's hard to believe that a contractor would enter someone's property without owner permission (essentially trespass) but that's exactly what they did. I came home to find two strangers in my backyard. Although I quickly figured who they were, I did not appreciate at all the lack of consideration by this company.

I would not even hire Rainworthy to check the roof on my dogs doghouse. They are incompetent, not trust worthy, lacking in professionilism, and lazy.

EVERYTHING THAT THIS COMPANY DID FOR US WAS VERY NICE. THEY HAD GREAT QUALITY OF WORK AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A LEAK SINCE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

THE OFFICE LADY WAS VERY PLEASANT. I CAN'T FAULT THEM FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THAT THEY CAME EARLY. THERE WERE A LOT OF NAILS AND SCREWS LEFT ON THE GROUND. THE PRICE WAS WAY BETTER THAN SOME OTHER PLACES AND THEY DID A NICE JOB ON THE ROOF.
