A pipe busted in my wall in the middle of the night and I was very much in distress when I discovered it in the morning. But not for long as Nabil & George from Rainbow International Restoration came to my rescue. They came in and took care of everything and they made my home comfortable and livable again. It's only been day two and you can barely tell that there was a catastrophe here such a short period ago. There were even some horrible unexpected discoveries made during there job inside the wall, and they took care of it without a complaint and with a smile on their faces. They are very compassionate and care about their customers. They are very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. On Sunday night, I discovered my water heater had been leaking for quite some time and I had black mold on the common wall between the garage and the kitchen.The pedestal the Water heater sat on was soggy. On Monday morning I searched for a Remediation Company that could remove the black mold and replace the water heater.I had no idea who to call but lucked out in calling Rainbow International Northwest. They came out and inspected the project and provided me with a bid that day to remove the black mold and replace the water heater. They discussed with me the cost of replacing the existing water heater or the estimated cost of gas or electric tankless water heater. I hired them and they started promptly at 8:30AM on Tuesday morning they had to remove a large sections of sheet rock as well as the pedestal on which the water heater stat.They put a curtain from floor to ceiling surrounding the area and has heat fans drying out the inter walls. They sanded the wood and applied anti microbial. On Wednesday they went back through with a steel brush to get all spores that might exist and applied more anti microbial. On Wednesday they put in the insulation and the new sheet rock back on and and bought a can of paint to match our existing paint. We told them not to bother with the paint and just put the water heater in. So by Wednesday night we had had hot water the day before thanksgiving. The men that worked on the job were all extremely polite and gentlemen. The owner Nabil Qinnab was very professional and his main objective is that you would be more than completely satisfied. This is the longest review that I have ever given. It is only because not knowing how much remediation would cost, I felt that Rainbow International Restoration and it owner was extremely trustworthy and I know I received full value for my cost. They are a licensed contactor and have all the background to do Mold restoration that is required.
