Description of Work: Rainbow Flowers did the flowers for my wedding in 1994 and has been my florist ever since. I always get personal service and great flowers.

Description of Work: My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day through teleflora. The bouquet looked beautiful online. When my flowers arrived, I almost fell over. It was awful! Small., very few flowers...the bouquet was supposed to have almost a dozen roses, this one had 6, dried out old roses, the wrong color as well. We called teleflora, then Rainbow Flowers, the local florist who arranged the bouquet. The owner stated that she would send another arrangement out on Tuesday. We never received one. My husband called again today, Monday the 25th. The owner stated that she will send me a "nice" arrangement today. I am still waiting.

 + -1 moreValentine arrangement arrived at wife s work on time. But lilies had broken and missing petals, one other flower was close to dying, and the balloon was not even inflated. So far no response from RF after mailing a letter including photos of the damage. No response from Teleflora either who I ordered through. Doing a search, I found many negative complaints about Teleflora and Rainbow Flowers. I should have checked earlier.
