Ordered flowers for me and my Wife's anniversary. As usual, everything went very smoothly. I have ordered from Rainbow in the past as well, and ALWAYS has provided excellent service. Very happy customer!

Valentine arrangement arrived at wife s work on time. But lilies had broken and missing
petals, one other flower was close to dying, and the balloon was not even
inflated.
So far no response from RF after mailing a letter including photos of the damage.
No response from Teleflora either who I ordered through.
Doing a search, I found many negative complaints about Teleflora and Rainbow Flowers. I should
have checked earlier.
