Work is high quality and kept to a very tight schedule after all the selections are made. Workers were accommodating to small changes. Our work was done as Quick Bath was just getting started and was part of a major renovation of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway and two closets. Work included moving walls, ,insulation, moving and adding windows, adding and relocation of electrical and relocation of plumbing in the master bath.
If the bid from this company is selected be aware that changes to the plans after the contract is agreed to and problems discovered during work that were not planned for which may arise during the job may be expensive and add substantially to the original contract.
If your contract is time and materials, as ours was, be aware that our experience was that although we verbally agreed to a 20% add on to sub-contractor prices the way the contractor figures this add on is actually 25%. This was in addition to charges by the contractor for phone calls and tine scheduling/overseeing sub-contractors. (This was with the parent company Diversified Builders)
The workers and contractors from Diversified Builders and Quick Bath solutions are knowledgeable and professional. The work we had them do is very high quality and completely satisfactory in the bathrooms they completed.
Cost was a bit higher than other bids,, but it was obvious that they take much pride in their work and do the job right. I believe the quality of the work was worth the higher cost.
There were very few unknowns in the job and it turned out just as we expected.
