This is the 3rd time used Premiere Plumbing. They are true professionals, They perform the work on time, always remember your name, and are great about explaining your options . Last year they saved us about $5000.00 when they told us are certain type of water heater would not work for us.

Byron had to remove a very rusted in old faucet which he handled with aplomb (after another person had refused to do it). He did a great job and even helped me disguise a bad spot on the sink. He was caring and professional and knew what he was doing.

The original 1975 and quot;Gamber Homesand quot; installed sewer main wye/clean-out was a 1-way (to street only) and was buried 2 1/2 feet down near my front foundation. I dug it up and Premier Plumbing installed a new and quot;2-wayand quot; wye and and quot;scopedand quot; (video cam and monitor) my main line to locate a restriction. Great service and people, they take care when entering house to not track in dirt (and quot;bootiesand quot;), etc..

Premier always responds quickly and arrives in a timely fashion. their technicians use shoe covers, repair well and always clean the area that they work in.

They were very good and did a good job. They were very prompt. I called the office for additional information and they were very good about returning my phone calls and giving me all the information I needed. They were very responsive, explained exactly what was wrong, and got the job done.

Installation went well, and installers were very professional. When i was told the job was complete and given an invoice to pay I noticed the invoice was for a totally different model water heater. The water heater installed and the one on the contract were totally different. All my research points out that installed unit is cheaper and less efficient than the one on the contract. I spoke to owner over the phone. I was told I was an ignorant person and referred to unit manufacture.

"I am the owner at Premier Plumbing. I feel the need to explain (Member name removed) comments. The only difference in the model #s was one came with an isolation kit for servicing the unit and the other did not which we installed the kit seperately. The reason we referred him to Rinnai is he refused to believe us. We are the Service Provider of the Year for the entire west coast of Rinnai. We did exchange the unit and ate the costs to make things right and apease (Member name removed) even though we provided exactly what we bid. Rinnai, Ferguson and all professionals in our business confirmed that we were correct and provided our service as we bid. We always stand behind everything we do and always will. I am sorry (Member name removed) could not understand the situation. I did not call him ignorant. I asked why he refused to be educated in this matter. He refused to call Rinnai to confirm the information. I am and always have been a man of my word and it completely insults my integrity to have this type of review which is based on unfactual information."

It was a warranty issue, so I didn't pay anything. I like their prompt service and their quality of work. They are better than other plumbing services in town. They end up doing a lot of other people's plumbing work. They are often called to redo people's plumbing disaster. A friend of mine who had a large custom home built, and a lot of custom plumbing work was done incorrectly. They did a lot of custom plumbing work for her. They know what they are doing. They do from small to medium to large jobs. The owner always comes out.

THERE WERE A LOT OF DRAINS IN MY HOUSE BEING THAT I HAVE 3 BATHROOMS AND 2 SEPARATE KITCHENS. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH GOING THROUGH ALL OF THEM TO ACTUALLY FIND THE CLOG.
