Good experience from beginning to end. The entire work took longer than I expected for reasons which I have already mentioned. If like problems occur, do stick with the company, and the problems will get solved.

I've been using his services for 8 years. The guy seems to really knows his stuff. When he tells me something, I believe him. He doesn't come out and try to sell me something when he's here. My overall experience with him has been excellent. He's responsive. The last two years I've used them they've canceled at the last minute.

My A/C motor stopped in the hottest part of the summer. After calling quite a few A/C repair companies, PrecisionAire called me back that morning to say they had a cancellation. They were very prompt, courteous, and the repairman Ethan was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. I will use them again!
