Decorative Concrete Service
After almost a week after they indicated the horse would be complete, we followed up with them. They stated that it could be done and delivered by the following Saturday. We weren't too concerned and anticipated its arrival. We selected a delivery date, delivery cost $35.00. They were unable to deliver due to picking up stuff at the Home and Garden Show in Visalia and reschedule to deliver the horse on Valentine's day 2/14/12. They again failed to show and stated that they did not have us down for delivery until 2/16/12. A bit irritated we agreed to the next delivery date. Then on 2/16/12, they called me and stated they would like to deliver the bench on Sat. I told them that I was having a party, so they reluctantly said they would delivery it after 5:00 pm on 2/16/12. One of the Josephs' along w/the person who painted my horse made the delivery. As they were taking the bench seat down from the truck it was dropped. As I inspected the horse, it was not done to my specifications. First of all they had painted it black and did the colors I selected as overlays. They also failed to add my cream color nose strip to the horse. When they were called on this, they became very rude and stated they did as I had requested. They told me that I never gave them a 3rd color sample for the nose strip. I told them to go back and look at my notes and find my color sample for the nose strip. We told them that we wanted back our money back. The next day, my husband went to get our money back and Joseph indicated that the owner would not refund our money. By the way this "No refund" policy was not posted on any paper work I was given or when I put in my order at the Fresno Home and Garden Show. My husband asked to speak to the owner and his number was given. The owner Elliott spoke to my husband and he indicated that they would not refund our money because he was tired of losing money. He stated we could keep the horse they did or have it repainted. We had it repainted and by the way they found my paint sample for the nose strip. It was delivered today 2/22/12. Of course the horse was not to my specification. I had asked that the nose strip be put on, well, they did a half*** job and it doesn't even looked glazed. Then they did not enhance the horse's curvature w/black like I had asked. They indicated that they were not talented enough for this, funny because they indicated they could do this. Overall, these people are beyond rude, don't care about customer satisfaction and don't take pride in their work.
