I called Pool Chlor after a different pool business never called me back, plus, I found Pool Chlor on Angie's List so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Mindy, an office person, and explained my unplesant experience with a different pool service business and she was very understanding and smypathetic...I appreciated her kindness and professionalism on the phone. I inquired about Pool Chlor's charges, etc., for getting my older filter/grids cleaned. She explained their service thoroughly and answered all my questions. After speaking with Mindy, I felt confident enough to give them a trial service date for my older pool filter. Also, I felt their prices seemed fair and competitive for their services. I scheduled an appointment and the pool tech came to my house on time and was very professional and curteous. I watched him clean the many filter grids and asked many questions during his service call. His work was very good and he advised me about some future parts/expenses I would probably need to take care of...I appreciated the heads-up notice about things that needed to be done in the near future. Juan, the pool tech, was friendly, easy to talk to, had a good sense of humor, and was professional and knowledgable about the pool filter system, all parts, and etc. He was patient and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I am definitely going to continue with Pool Chlor's service for my pool filter system, and maybe in the future I might use their water testing/chemical treatment service too.

Never had a problem with them and if I call about a pool problem, they respond quickly and are friendly to talk to.If you pay your monthly fee upfront for the year, you get a free month

When we first bought this house the pool was cloudy and beginning to look a little green...Within a week of using them our pool was in pristine condition. Happy customers!

They always kept my pool balanced. I've used them for some years and I'd be using them again.

If they see a problem they let us know. They do pretty good. I would recommend them and I will continue to use them.

I AM ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE GUYS AT POOL-CHLOR ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I PAY A MONTHLY BILL, AND MY POOL IS CARED FOR YEAR AFTER YEAR.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY OUTSTANDING. I HAVE HAD THEM FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AND I WILL NOT CHANGE. EVERYBODY THAT I KNOW I TELL THEM ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I THINK EVERYBODY SHOULD GO TO THEM.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. IF THEY NOTICE A POTENTIAL PROBLEM, THEY LET YOU KNOW OR LEAVE A NOTE. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
