PG&E inspected and gave a PTO quickly. I was told that Petersen Dean has a great reputation and that follows also with me.
As a side, they found several broken tiles on the roof. They informed me about it, then fixed them at no cost. They cleaned up all the broken tiles from the roof and left the job better than it was when it started...highly recommend them.
