They are a wonderful Vet and have taken care of my family of pets for years. I trust their diagnosis and they do have access to the state of the art testing and such. My only hesitation when referring them is the cost factor they are pricey so that you have to be aware of. I also think it would be most helpful if they were a little more sympathetic to finances and how a sick animal can hit you so hard.

They are very thorough. They only thing we do not like is that their prices are high. We do continue to use them for services because they are so good.

I had to go out of town for a few days, so I opted to leave my canine at this business, which, also, happens to be a veternarian's office. I reviewed the options for boarding and chose the biggest room, so that he could prance around and play with his toys when he was not in play time, which supposedly occurred two times a day. The reason I opted to purchase the bigger room is because they said that I could get live feed of him on my computer, so I can see him while I was away. But, to my dismay, their video feed did not work. They did not tell me that some computers are not compatible with their link when I first purchased the option. My choice of boarding rooms would have changed with that information. Also, he was suppose to have play times twice a day, but I do not think that he was given that because of his aggressiveness towards other dogs during some of his stay there (which I found out later on the summary notations). With that being said, if such aggressiveness is displayed, the care takers were suppose to switch to walking him outdoors for a certain period of time. I am not sure that he got that either. They keep logs and comments of each dog during play time. I could see that some of his check ins were missing. I did not say anything to them because I wanted to see if they would give me a detailed review of his stay. Instead, they were only summarizations. And, the times I did not see him noted on play time, there was no notation if they had walked him. I was already extremely worried that I had to leave my dog. I thought I left him in great care, but I felt, in the end, that the care was mediocre at best. Also, they charged me for all the play times even though he probably did not partake in all of them. Nor, did they opt to walk him. Although not mistreated, I felt that he did not recieve the greatest quality care I thought they would provide. I tried to find other places that would board, but there are limited choices. I felt this was the best choice, but now think otherwise.

We really loved the veterinarian. The staff was very nice. The dog seemed very calm, so we were happy.

I think their prices are a little high, but it's a good place. They set up the cremation. They give you the ashes, if you're ready. They really liked my cat, and weren't just saying that. I knew that she got good service. I know she had plenty of attention.

The staff and veterinarians were terrific. They took a lot more time with our pets than they had originally allocated and were very kind and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and when you check your pet in for surgery, they go over everything with you. You can bring their bed and anything else you think would make them comfortable. They call you as soon as the surgery is over with an update on how your pet is doing. They will call you again when your pet is ready to go home. They remember your name and your pet's name and call you the day after your pet comes home to follow up on them. Overall, excellent service!

It is easy to make an appointment for a boarding stay, or you can drop off your pet for daycare as you wish. The staff will play with the dog in an enclosed play area all day and the dogs enjoy playing with each other as well. You can drop off for a full day or half day, just let the staff know. You can even watch your pet from behind a one-way glass, so you can see how your baby is doing. You can also log onto their webcam and watch them playing from work/school. I recommend them very highly!

Doctors Dumars and Johnston are fantastic. They clearly love animals and they relate great with the pets' owners too. They always take the time to answer any questions I have. The recent surgery on my oldest male dog went great. There were no complications and they more than adequately addressed any pain issues that the abdominal surgery would have caused. All the vet techs and assistants at Pet Medical Center are also great. Very helpful and always very nice. They are always accommodating, even when I need last-minute appointments or need to reschedule appointments.
