The installer sucked and scratched the pole that the drapes go on, husband had to touch them up, the drapes were uneven so the owner came out about 2 weeks after I contacted her and said that she would take care of us....She dropped them on my porch and left them and then contacted me after the fact when I called her she acted like she was doing us a favor. My husband had fell off a latter 5 weeks before and had to hang them. I have never had such bad service and I would not recommend her at all.
