First of all I want to say how lucky I am to have found such a great contractor! Armen Margarin, contractor, has been a professional from the very beginning. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish, added his imput and showed me how it could be achieved.
We are in the middle of the construction process and Payless Construction has been amazing in accomplishing nearly the impossible. As the renovation takes place I see all my ideas taking shape. Armen is very detailed oriented. He takes care of every last detail and does so in a professional manner. Anyone would be lucky to have Payless Construction do a renovation.
