Paul’s Certified Appliance has been in the valley for over 35 years. Paul’s was first started by Paul and Janet Gilchrist and became one of the valley’s most professional appliance repair companies. The company was founded on the idea that experience and expertise in appliance repair would provide an excellent base for the competent repair of many appliances. All of our technicians go through rigorous training with many of the top manufacturers and we are warranty certified for most brands.

The guy came and did absolutely nothing. Took everything out of my refrigerator and made an absolute mess and said sorry samsung refrigerator’s suck, I can’t repair it. He took $180 and did absolutely NOTHING.

Terrible customer service. Didn't show up two times. Owner refused to make it right. Spent many hours and time off of work to fix this fridge. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY

We r seniors n dryer was on wrong button. Charge us 75.00 for call. They were already in the Dinuba area, it’s like they didn’t drive here to service me. They charge 4 doing nothing. ☹️

Called the number and the was able to get my appointment scheduled. They were able to squeeze me in as it was a week before Christmas. Everyone's equipment seemed to need work so I was glad they could make it happen for me. The service man arrived on time and was ready to work. He didn't mind me watching either. He was very polite, chatted with me while he worked, and was able to rewire the light socket in about 15 minutes. He cleaned up the area where he was working and we tested everything before he left. Couldn't be happier. Would gladly do business with again.

The repairmen called to ask if they could arrive earlier than scheduled. After examining the unit, they discovered they needed to order a part. When the part arrived, they schedule another appointment as soon as possible. They arrived 5 minutes early to the second appointment. The repair was done in a very competent and efficient manner. The refrigerator is working fine, and if I need another appliance repaired, I will definitely give them a call.

After $300.00+ for service call, parts and labor the problem was not fixed. Last contact I was informed they had done all they could without input from the appliance maker. I was advised they would call the appliance maker last Monday 9/12 and then let me know the outcome. No word and I was left high and dry with an appliance that didn't work. After waiting for contact for several days, I made other arrangements.
