OVERHEAD DOOR

They did a very good job on the workmanship. They were very timely. I think they were running a little late and they gave me good notice that they were running late and told me exactly what time they would be there.

He is just a local guy for whom I got verbal heads up by two or three other people.  He did a very good job.  The guy was courteous, he was quick, he was very diligent, and did a very good job.

We used this company because the original garage door was an overhead door and it is located in Shaver Lake.  Not all companies travel to Shaver Lake and not all companies use Overhead garage doors.  Initially on the phone while getting a bid and then when the company came out to give a bid - all went smoothly.  However, on delivery date (after we had driven an hour to meet them) we received a phone call from the guy who was to do the install saying that they never informed him of the install and he would not be able to make it since he was already on another job.  He did apologize and we rescheduled for the following week.  This time we did reconfirm the night before.  When he arrived and I believe he was on time the panel did get replaced.   SInce the door had been giving us problems we asked that he check it.  He checked it and (of course) at that moment it did work.  However, he did not check the door to ensure it would it would pop up if it hit something.  He did not service the garage door.  I did not realize that this was not the norm until I had used another garage door company for a different address and the difference between the two was huge.  We did complain about the service and the fact that they didn't show up when promised and we did get a slight discount and that was appreciated.  Overall though I will not use this company again.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB WITH MY DOORS. THEY EVEN PAINTED IT THE SAME COLOR AS THE REST OF MY GARAGE, BECAUSE I SAID I WANTED TO. AT FIRST IT DIDN'T WORK, BUT MY HUSBAND FIGURED IT OUT IN ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES, AND NOW ITS WORKING GREAT.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK PRIDE IN DOING THE JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRICE AND THE PROMPTNESS IN THEM COMING OUT TO DO THE JOB.
