 + -1 moreI went in to replace my burned out laundry room lightbulbs and to drop off the old ones. The customer service person was very prompt and took my old bulbs and sent me to the aisle that I needed to buy new ones--and had a service person waiting there for me. After that I went to gardening aisle and needed help finding iron and Epson salt for my soil, I had help there also. I really appreciate Orchard Supply--they treat me special and I like that, they have earned my business! (And my mom's,too.)
Description of Work: What Orchard Supply does best is customer service--every time I go in to get something they greet me and make sure I have the help I need to find what it is and get out as soon as possible.

 + -1 moreThe price was minimal. They are close and convenient. The people that work there are not particularly knowledgeable and you have to pretty muck know what you want when you go in there. They open the door for you.
Description of Work: I use Orchard Supply Hardware to buy some things there. I last went there to buy some sprinkler parts.
