I went in to replace my burned out laundry room lightbulbs and to drop off the old ones. The customer service person was very prompt and took my old bulbs and sent me to the aisle that I needed to buy new ones--and had a service person waiting there for me. After that I went to gardening aisle and needed help finding iron and Epson salt for my soil, I had help there also. I really appreciate Orchard Supply--they treat me special and I like that, they have earned my business! (And my mom's,too.)
