First a quick run through. I called 3 contractors for bids. JZ Construction, Northwest, and Clovis Glass. Clovis Glass only deals Milgard and I didn't have a problem with that and they were the lowest bid. Now that being said Milgard has a D- rating with the BBB. So, I decieded to go with Anlin and I'm not unhappy at all. Northwest was cheaper by about 1k  than JZ and they were also willing to install a full window where a door was previously and JZ wouldn't do that. So, Northwest it was.    
    The salesman James was helpful and didn't try to lay the b******* to thick and was able to answer all my questions. Two contract crews came out because I asked them to get everything done in one day and they did. I thought the crews did a very good job and were polite and cordial. They were able to get everything done and clean it all up and replaced all the blinds and made it look great.
The only issue I had was that a window was broken upon initial delivery and they said it would be replaced in a couple of weeks and two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. So, I give James a call and he took care of the issue for me and a couple of days after that a new window was finally installed
    Except for the blunder I thought everything was fine and my wife and I love our new windows!

I was very happy with their professionalism. They came in and they knew what they were doing. They got the job done. Their product was wonderful. These people are wonderful. Their presentation to show us the product was excellent. After the window were installed I had a question and they had it answered within one business day.

WHEN THEY GOT THERE, THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I HAVE A LOT OF WINDOWS AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

THERE WAS A VERY NICE SALESMAN WHO CAME OUT TO DISCUSS THE DIFFERENT KIND OF WINDOWS I COULD PURCHASE AND HE EXPLAINED THE DURABILITY OF EACH KIND. THE INSTALLERS DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

THEY WERE THE BEST. THEY WORKED FAST, AND THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ALSO PRETTY CHEAP. THE NEXT CHEAPEST COMPANY WOULD HAVE DONE IT FOR 1,500 MORE, BUT WE USED THIS COMPANY AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH OUR WINDOWS, IT GIVES OUR HOME THE GINGERBREAD LOOK WE'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR. THE GENTLEMAN WHO INSTALLED THEM WAS VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE ACTUALLY ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO A FAMILY FRIEND.

WHEN I DECIDED I WANTED TO REPLACE ALL THE WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE, I WANTED THE BEST. NORTH WEST EXTERIOR HAD TO SEND AWAY AND SPECIAL ORDER THE ONES I WANTED, AND THEY INSTALLED THEM.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY HAD PREPARED THEIR WORK AREA AND WERE VERY WELL ORGANIZED. THEY HAD DESCRIBED THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING THE WINDOWS, AND MADE ME COMFORTABLE TO BE WORKING WITH THEM.

WE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD. THE QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THEM WAS JUST GREAT. I DON'T HAVE ANY BAD THINGS TO SAY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

WE THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY GAVE US A GOOD DEAL ON THE MATERIALS, AND WE THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT YET.

THE QUALITY OF THERE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THERE MANNER OF PROFESSIONALISM WAS REFRESHING. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WHERE DOING AND DID NOT TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD DONE A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THE WORKERS HAD SHOWN UP ON TIME AND CALLED FOR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION.
