I took my vehicle in for a fuel pump replacement, largely because they
were the only place open nearby that was open on a Sunday.
They failed to complete the work on Sunday, forcing me to rent a vehicle
(which would be fine, if they had told me from the start that they
wouldn't be able to secure the fuel pump on a Sunday). They also broke
the locking mechanism on my parking brake - and refused to acknowledge
their fault or repair it.
