The office staff/ sales people were very professional and helpful. Some of the team that actually worked on our pool were a little rough around the edges. (One of them was constantly smoking while he worked. They played music, although it wasn't too loud.) Their team worked fast, and did a quality thorough job. After they removed the old plaster, they put a bond coat on the cement to make sure that the new plaster stays put. (A step that some companies skip). They also did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. Our pool looks brand new! We are thrilled with the way it turned out.
