Nelson Custom Tile

He was great sent us pictures daily since we live elsewhere. Gave us a quote and let us know after each step where the money was spent. He did am awesome job!!! Completed in the timeframe he gave us. Will definitely call on him again if we need work done!!!

He was always on time.  He and his helper are hardworkers.  He is  little quiet but I would rather have someone like that then a chatty contractor.    There was lots of cracks in foundation and he spent time on preparing them for the tile.  He also would lay contractor paper down in the pathway to house so not as to track all over the cement outside.  Everyday he would clean up his mess and hose down anything in driveway.  I would go with him in a heartbeat again. 
I have had other tile contractors that do not show up when they are suppose to.  They did not clean up well, etc.
He was very reasonable and I did get three other quotes before deciding to go with him.  

This is actually the second time, we have used Nelson's Custom Tile. The first time was in our own home when we had the entry way the hall, a small bathroom and the kitchen tiled. We learned of Robert Nelson through a contractor hired by our Homeowner's Insurance after a water leak through the ceiling of our home which destroyed the ceiling and flooring in our kitchen. We were so pleased with Robert's work that I called him again to tile the floor of a family home I intended to rent. I wanted a nice job done even though this house was going to rented. Robert promptly came out to measure, we talked about the cost and type of tile I wanted. He went to get samples and returned quickly with some samples, one of which I chose. He did asked that I pay for the tile at he distributor which I had no problem doing and I did advance some funds for the job. In this economy and having used Robert before, I was not in the least worried about advancing funds. He is honest as they day is long. In the process of tiling one small bathroom, we noticed that the shower pan was leaking so while he was there we asked Robert to tear out the shower and rebuild it as well. This was an additional $1,400.00. Robert did an excellent job as before, cleaned up everything spotlessly and was extremely reasonable. I would use him again and again.
