WARNING - THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH First let me say, the women who came to my house to clear were on time, they did an excellent job and were beyond pleasant. I called Molly Maids on a Monday for a "one-time" cleaning pre-holidays. I had two phone calls with representatives from the company in which I was given a pretty strong "our availability is filling up" pitch. I asked if I could get an estimate, and was scheduled for a walk through estimate on a Thursday. I was then called back on Tuesday and told "we can actually give you an estimate on the phone" and told my home (roughly 2600 square feet) would cost between $400-$600. The in-home estimate was cancelled. I was again given the "we don't know if we'll still have availability" pitch, and the amount was within my budget, so I agreed to the cleaning. When the staff showed up they did a quick walk through of the property and I was told it would actually be more than $1000. At this point, having baited me and wasted a week of time prior to my in laws coming in from out of town I was, as I assume they intended, in a bind. I could have refused the service, and not gotten a cleaning, but I needed it, and so agreed to it. As if that wasn't enough during the cleaning I was contacted by the company and told actually, it will be MORE than even what they had quoted me that day. I was, literally, told that they could stop at that point, and not finish cleaning THE KITCHEN of the home. Yes, because what I called Molly Maids for was to pay more than twice what I was quoted and then still not have the kitchen cleaned. I complained and was told that a Manager would call me on Monday. I did receive a call Monday, but the Manager (who had done the quote over the phone with me) actually couldn't be bothered to call. He had an office worker call me and tell me that they would be taking $40 off my bill. So to summarize Molly Maids Fresno (or at least the manager there) baits you with a quote, sends wonderful people to do a wonderful job, and then more than doubles that quote in actual charges, and doesn't even have the common courtesy to call and tell you they took advantage of you, but instead has an office person (she was very nice and apologetic) call and say, in a nice way, too bad, we've got your Credit Card on file and you're being charged more than twice as much. Again, the staff is incredible, my house looks amazing, just the "manager" is an issue in that they bait and switch you.

They’re fast. It’s good. It’s clean. It’s always nice to have a clean house and I’m glad I don’t have to do it.

They’re in and out very quickly. They could do a better job. We had them every other week.

It was awesome! Very punctual and professional. They are were about the same price compared to others, but this company made time to come out and help us. I would highly recommend them. to others.

I have used this service for several months and am very pleased. The same two women come to clean 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and great room. They are thorough and respectful. House sparkles. Have recommended them to neighbors and a work colleague.

They charged more than I thought I got services for. They were over priced for the quality of service.

cont. I was also told that their records showed that approximately 1:30 minutes each cleaning. However I was always home and was never asked to sign or verify time sheets.

Went well. Usually arrive during the window indicated both ladies are cheerful and get to work immediately. They clean 1 bdr, 1 bath, kitchen, dining, family and living room.

They leave my home clean.

I wanted my floor striped and waxed and they did not know how to do it. They were terrible.  It was very expensive and they did not do a good job.  They used my own products and they did not clean the floor properly thus sealing the dirt under the wax.  I did not get what I paid for and I will not hire them again.  I will most likely do it myself.

I was kind of disappointed. They really did not seem like they wanted to be here. They were here just putting in their time. They showed up and worked but it wasn't anything special.

At first the work was very thorough, but as time passed my husband and I felt that things just weren't being done as well as before--good cleaning of baseboards and corners, for example. They don't do windows, and they don't do any area they would have to stand on a ladder/chair to reach, although they used long handled dusters for ceiling fans, etc. Once when the stovetop wasn't cleaned well and I told them about it at the next visit, the girl was quite upset and apologized many times. The work was ok, but I don't think it was a great value.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I THINK THAT THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS AND THE LADIES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLEANING THAT IS DONE TO MY HOME EACH AND EVERY MONTH. MY HOUSE ALWAYS LOOKS SPOTLESS! THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE ON TIME AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE WOMEN DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING OUR HOME. IT SPARKLED AND SMELLED GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK DONE.

THE COMPANY SENDS TWO OR THREE PEOPLE IN TO CLEAN AND IT ONLY TAKES THEM AN HOUR TO CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY CONSCIENTIOUS.
