It is apparent that they do not want to resolve the issue. They know that I had a warranty but do not look to honor that.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR RANCH TYPE, 3 BEDROOM AND 2 BATH HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR WANTS AND NEEDS. THE NEIGHBOR HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH HIS HOME BUT WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY.
