 + -1 moreThere has never been a disappointing moment with either Mike or his work. The only work that I'm aware that he has subbed out was the concrete foundation and drywall for our room addition. Other than that he is the only one on site and we e will continue to use his services as long as he remains in the Fresno area. His brother (Steve) is a painting contractor and between the two of them, the work is excellent.
Description of Work: We've used Mike Chapman for several years. He started with a room remodel, went to an addition on the house, worked on lighting and electrical and, in short order, will be doing a new driveway for us. He is basically a one-man show for all of our building and or remodeling needs. Frankly, I would rather have one person on the premises who takes his time than a crew come in and rush though a project. While I've probably gotten in his way more often than not, Mike has always taken the time to answer my questions, explain what he is doing or talk about time frames and I appreciate that.
