MATSON ALARM CO INC

My father and I have been going to Matson Alarm for over a decade to install alarms and cameras in our homes and his businesses. We have not been disappointed. Matson Alarm recently installed a set of cameras outside my home. Within a month's time frame, one of them had captured a hit-and-run. The cameras are excellent quality, and the price was reasonable, especially considering that they're in HD and running 24 hours. What I appreciated most about Matson Alarm was their contract terms. A lot of companies will have you give you up your right to court and place tons of unconscionable or harsh terms within the contract. Instead, I thought that theirs was pretty fair. They also kept their promise (unlike some contractors) to give me a warranty (and even amended the warranty on paper to 3 years when the salesman had said so but had forgotten to write it down). They have come out to my home 2-3 times without charge to fix issues, including teaching me how to handle the phone or computer apps for my cameras. I'm pleased with their services.

On 2/13/14, a representative from Matson Alarm came to my house to give me an estimate on installing an alarm on my roll-up garage door and replacing my motion detector inside my residence. He gave me a written estimate and advised me that someone would contact me within a couple of days to set up an appointment to do the instillation. After waiting several days with no contact from Matson, I called the reps voice mail and left a message asking him to contact me. This was on 4/19/14. I still have not heard from anyone from Matson.

It went well and I would recommend them to anyone.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEIR PRODUCT WORKS WELL AND I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. I WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I REALLY LIKED THEM. I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS, AND THEIR PRICE IS FAIRLY CHEAP. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE WE LIKE THE MEN WHO COME DO THE WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ALARM SYSTEM THAT THIS COMPANY PROVIDED. THEY COMPLETED THEIR WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE MATSON ALARM CO INSTALLED AN ALARM SYSTEM THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE. THERE ARE 2 SEPARATE KEY PADS, AND I FEEL VERY PROTECTED FROM BURGLARS. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING, AND THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE.
