This shop and owner are truly rotten to the core.  They sold me a full transmission rebuild which may or may not have been necessary.  They broke just about every law required of auto repair shops regarging disclosure and written communication.  They lied to me repeatedly.  They kept telling me I would get a "full warrantee" and "new parts."  What I got was no warrantee and reconditioned parts.  Once they had my transmission removed and I was at their mercy, they really put the screws to me and treated me like garbage.  They deceived me at every turn.  The transmission lasted less than 4000 miles before it broke again and they refused to fix it.  I am in the process of small claims action against them.   I have discovered several prior law cases against this shop.  One from the Deputy District Attorney who sucessfully sued them in July 2012.   I have also discovered a discipline case from the Bureau of Auto Repair which details 17 cases of fraud or other causes of discipline.  See the report filed on October 15, 2012 at this link:

This is the worst business I have ever encountered.  Tell everyone you know to STAY AWAY
