 + -1 moreThey did a really good job. It was really hard to get the appointment with them because they're understaffed right now. It was just a long wait for the appointment. But, once they came, they were punctual. They did the job right. They did it for a reasonable fee. They guarantee their work and everything. The serviceman was fantastic. He was a really really nice guy. He was very personable and very professional. My husband really liked him and he is a great judge of character. He was right on time, to the minute almost. He said he would be here at 8:30 and he was here.
Description of Work: We had them out to do some work on our evaporative cooler. They had to replace the whole control unit because they didn't even make parts for the old one any more. They came up with a new way of fixing it and making it work.

 + -1 moreTHE WATER COOLER IS THIRTY YEARS OLD AND THEY DID NOT PRESSURE US TO BUY A NEW ONE. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. THEY WERE REALLY CLEAN CUT AND WERE ON TIME.
Description of Work: WE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO REPAIR OUR OLD WATER COOLER.
