They did a really good job. It was really hard to get the appointment with them because they're understaffed right now. It was just a long wait for the appointment. But, once they came, they were punctual. They did the job right. They did it for a reasonable fee. They guarantee their work and everything. The serviceman was fantastic. He was a really really nice guy. He was very personable and very professional. My husband really liked him and he is a great judge of character. He was right on time, to the minute almost. He said he would be here at 8:30 and he was here.

THE WATER COOLER IS THIRTY YEARS OLD AND THEY DID NOT PRESSURE US TO BUY A NEW ONE. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. THEY WERE REALLY CLEAN CUT AND WERE ON TIME.
