+ -1 moreI APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THE SAME GUY COMES EVERY TIME AND HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECT TO BE DONE WHEN HE LEAVES. THAT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU SHOULD EXPECT FROM A COMPANY YOU PAY FOR SERVICES.
