THE SALES STAFF WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE INSTALL CREW WERE LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE THEM ONE DAY TO INSTALL THE CARPET. IT TOOK THEM UP TO SIX DAYS.

I HAVE BEEN USING KERR FOR OVER FORTY YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS IMPRESS ME WITH THEIR QUALITY. THEY DO ALL OF THE HEAVY LIFTING AND REPLACE ALL OF THE FURNITURE WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED KERR RUGS AND THEY CONTINUE TO SHOW ME GREAT SERVICE. I HAVE THEM COME OUT AND CLEAN ALL MY RUGS. THEY MAKE MY WOOD FLOORS REALLY STAND OUT.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND DISPOSED OF ALL TRASH AND REMNANTS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CARPET.
