 + -1 moreWilliam called before the service and was very friendly and professional in his conversations by phone. He wanted to make sure every plan was suitable for me the customer. When he arrived at the exact planned time, he got right to work on the installation. Since I have an old house, the installation had some problems. He showed me all the difficulties, and gave me an estimate for the extra work. When I agreed, he finished the job. He tested all the new items and made a strong effort to make sure I was happy. Plus if there is any trouble later with the work, he assured me that he will return to check it out for me. I felt confident that I had the best service possible. William is well qualified and professional.
Description of Work: William Kaiser was the contractor that Lowe's provided to install my new dishwasher and faucet.
