Didn't charge me a finders fee or anything, nor did he ask the gentleman for a fee for him recommending his company.
The recommended company was just as professional as JS CIVIL ENGINEERING.....on time. got the soil, took the soil to the lab, and sent pds format report and followed up with a report by mail. They also gave me a discount....that really made me feel great.

He was on time and when he was through he called me and sent his VERY detailed report to me by email and is going to send it also through the mail.
He went through each room and took very clear and detailed pictures and explained each item that needed attention and his recommendation.
