Johnson Air

They have been great and we have had no problems with them. We would highly recommend them.

Johnson Air does the service for air conditioning. We've had them ever since we moved here, 10 years ago. They come out twice a year. They fixed our heating very quickly. It was pretty reasonable. I haven't really called anyone else. Ever since they got here, we liked their service.

Called Johnson Air in the morning. They were very courteous. Gave me an estimated time of arrival. The technician actually showed up a few minutes early. Was able to quickly determine the issue. He did not have the part on his truck, but was able to locate one and had it installed within a couple hours. I was very happy with the results as it was an extremely hot day.

The Johnson Air technician methodically analyzed and solved a difficult-to-solve problem -- why downstairs was not receiving heat while upstairs did (though motor ran only briefly and then shut off).
It turned out that ducts had been very poorly installed. A coupling was missing from ducts joined end to end, and this jointure had come apart (lazy construction people had simply taped the ducts together). In addition, the ducts were forced into abrupt 90-degree turns that blocked air flow and threatened to burn out expensive motor.
Technician not only solved the problem and got the system running again -- he explained the problems clearly and showed me what they were. He arrived on time and performed the work professionally. I will call on Johnson Air for all of my heating and AC difficulties.

Mike always does a great job. The last check up, they found the wather heater exhaust leak and scheduled to repair it. He arrived on time, repaired it, cleaned-up and answered any questions I had. The older tubing was joined by an elbow joint. We bypassed that so it does appear a bit slanted but I don't mind that. It is still functional. He verified that no other parts needed to be replaced. I just rechecked the install and it has absolutely no signs of leakage.

They were promt, professional, and fixed the problem efficiently.

Our 24-year old Carrier AC unit finally died. Called several providers near the top of Angie's List and a few others. Johnson Air had serviced my AC unit at a previous home so I gave them a call. They dispatched an estimator right out and they had excellent pricing. They were able to get the new unit on two days after I committed. Jim was the estimator, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our air conditioning in our two year old house died on the fourth of July--bummer. We called Johnson Air (who had installed the system when the house was built) on the next day (Saturday). They responded quickly but unfortunately could not make the repair without a part that they could not get until Monday. They called Monday morning and said they would be by on Monday afternoon within a two hour window (1-3 pm). They arrived about 1:45 pm, quickly and efficiently made the repair and we are enjoying the cool air once again. The fee of $160 included $40 for the weekend emergency call, and $120 for the labor. The part was covered under our warranty.

I HAVE THEM COME EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO SPEAK OF BECAUSE OF THERE WONDERFUL SERVICE. I REFER ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM.
