JOE'S HANDYMAN SVC

The gentleman is pleasant and very polite, however, he reschedule more than once. He first gave me an estimate of no more than 700.00, and on the first day he told me he would charge me another amount which was 260.00 per day. I accepted because I needed the work to get done. He reluctantly failed to showed for the last day and did not finish the job. My bathroom has tiles which are smaller than others and since the grout was not cleaned up the tiles now look dull. He also tends to preach for quite some time. Although pleasant I would not recommend him.

He was pleasant to work with, did a good job and cleaned up nicely when he was done. The fee was very reasonable. He had a lot of helpful advice about keeping the shower clean and mold-free. Scheduling was a bit difficult, and he cancelled the first appointment we made just before he was due to arrive. He showed up slightly late for the rescheduled appointment, but called to say he was on his way.

HE DID A VERY NICE JOB. HE EVEN DID A LITTLE TOUCH UP WORK AROUND MY HOUSE AND HE DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY TO DOD SO. I THOUGHT THAT HE WAS A VERY WELL MANNERED PERSON.
