Showed up the same day we called, got started immediately, cleaned two rooms and a large couch. Got rid of stains and dog smells that I thought were permanent. Very professional and courteous - no complaints.

He was running about 30 minutes behind but he called us to let us know, so we had no problem with that.  He was very pleasant and professional.  We had several stains for our sick dog.  He did a thorough job.  He did say that he thought one or two of the stains might come back after the carpet dried - and if they did, the next time he would use a different chemical on it which, since it was animal protein, required.  After discussing options with him, we decided to wait until the next visit to use the chemical (it was more expensive) since our dog was still not well.  We will definately use him again the next time.  Since he did such a great job and was so reasonably priced we will be able to clean our carpets more often.  (We had previously used another company several times but were a bit cost-prohibitive to use more than every year or two).

THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN MY LIVING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, HALLWAY, AND THREE BEDROOMS. I WAS ABLE TO GET A GREAT DEAL- $160 FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

THE COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING OUR CARPETS. WE HAD JUST BOUGHT A NEW PUPPY AT THE TIME AND WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF POTTY TRAINING IT. THE COMPANY WAS JUST GREAT IN HELPING US WITH THE CARPETS.

I HAVE THIS COMPANY COME IN ON A REGULAR BASIS AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME THEY COME IN. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND ALWAYS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

WE HAD SOME FURNITURE CLEANED. I WAS IMPRESSED ON THE STAIN REMOVER THEY USED. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE OUTSIDE AND BACK IN THE RIGHT PLACES WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I WANTED ALL THE DUST OUT OF MY CARPETS ONCE AND FOR ALL. I HAVE AN OLD RUG THAT MY PARENTS GAVE ME THAT NEEDED SPECIAL TREATMENT, AND I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED TO BE HONEST. BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT. I'M VERY HAPPY.

WE LIKED THEM. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'M GLAD WE HIRED THEM. WE WILL BE CALLING THEM REALLY SOON TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AGAIN.

I THOUGHT THEY DID OK. THEY DID THEIR WORK WELL AND THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY. I DO NOT REALLY HAVE AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM, BUT I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN.
