What We Received- poor attitude, sloppy workmanship, and poor quality materials. In the end, we had to hire another contractor to modify lines to assure adequate coverage. The second contractor discovered that JEA used a mixture of new and used sprinkler heads; water lines and sprinklers were buried at around 4 - 5 inches (9 inches is the norm). We received the cheapest and thinnest gage PVC piping that has already broken in several places; tree stumps were not fully removed just ground down below ground level and the rail road ties were not anchored to the ground as promised.  

If You Hire These Guys - make sure to review your contract very closely to assure that every detail you agree to is specified with precise descriptions of material, depth of water lines, heads, and gage of piping etc. These guys are very friendly and gain your trust, they then ask for partial payments prior to completion of contract specified stages of work and reimbursement. We learned the hard way to never pay for any work until it is fully completed and you jointly inspect the work and are fully satisfied with the work performed. You should always inspect the material being used prior to installation to make sure it is what you contracted for. Always check the depth of the sprinkler lines before they are buried and specify the degree of stump removal in the contract ie., complete removal or just ground down and to what depth.   Never rely on a verbal agreement for any important work detail.
