We have an old house, built in the 1930s so it always has issues. This is not the first time I have used Jay for plumbing repairs, both minor and major. He is honest, hard-working, reliable, smart, and a creative thinker. On several occasions, he has come up with money-saving solutions that got the job done to a high standard and up to Code. Other plumbers wanted to tear things down and wanted to overcharge on several jobs because they did not think the problem through and come up with a more cost-effective solution. I really appreciate Jay and will not use anyone else.

Jay was quick and professional and his estimate seemed reasonable and he was able to complete the work that day. My only complaint was that he and his helper were not wearing masks and in this age of Pandemic, I feel it is vital that when a professional comes into your home, they should be wearing one.

I had a main water faucet break on a Sunday with water gushing all over my back yard, I called Jay and he was out within the hour and repaired. Very quick response, was totally professional and courteous and his charge was very reasonable. Would high recommend.

I have a tankless water heater that would not keep the water hot. Jay Green came by and inspected it making some adjustments. He was extremely polite and informative. Took the time to explain the water heater and what he did to adjust it. It has been working great! He did not try to sell me anything. Just a great service experience! I had a leaking water heater that needed replacing. Jay's estimate for the job was the most reasonable by a significant amount. He was able to come out the next day and did a quick, neat job. The next time I need a plumber, I will call Jay Green!

I explained my problem with my toilet leaking at the base. Jay told me over the phone what he thought the problem was. He arrived as stated the next day. He also told me what the price was going to be. For all the work he did it was worth the price. He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He also educated me on a few things regarding plumbing that was very helpful. He also did an extra little job for me that was totally unexpected. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Would definitely recommend him to anybody that need plumbing done.

Jay was outstanding. He is knowledgeable and a man of integrity. We had a project performed by a handyman and the results were not good. Jay responded promptly to our request for help and did a great job for us. My advice: Forget the handyman and call Jay. Get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend Jay Green Plumbing. We needed 60 feet of new gas line installed - from outdoor gas meter, under the house & up through a wall to under a kitchen counter - and new gas stove-top connected. We got 4 proposals and estimates. Jay Green's proposed work was the same as the others but his price was less than 1/2 what the others were. ($850 vs. $1800) Same work, same materials, 1/2 the cost. Mr. Green and one assistant finished the work in 6 hours. Very courteous, absolutely professional. We had PGE come to inspect the work and they gave it full approval. We had Jay back two weeks later to change-out two sticky, leaky shower controls. Jay showed us the inferior plastic materials a previous plumber had installed three years ago for $150, and put in authentic Moen brass parts for 3/4 what we paid the other guy. For our next project, I'll call Jay first.

Jay Green and his assistant were very professional and very nice. He was always on time usually showed up 10 minutes early. He explained everything to us and showed us all that he did. He was very reasonable. I felt very comfortable when he was there he is very honest and trust worthy.

Jay is extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does! Responded to phone calls and texts right away. Arrived when he said he would. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up afterward. Very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? Already have plans to re-hire for master bathroom remodel. Jay even answered phone calls and texts, and came over to our house on a Saturday to answer questions on a unique toilet situation. Cannot recommend him enough!!!

I will definitely call Jay Green Plumbing next time I need a plumber. My phone call was answered promptly by Jay who listened to a description of the problem: sometimes the toilet continues running after the flush. He gave me a good price. Victor, who did the work, came on time and made 3 adjustments to the toilet. Both men were professional and friendly.
