Lighting Service
There was an issue with the installment and the time it took to complete the job but James and Co. was responsive and did not charge me for the extra time it took the installer over and above the original quote. There were a couple of small items that needed to be completed after the original installment but they took the initiative to follow up and get it done. Overall, very pleased with the results and how everything was handled by various employees and dealt with.

When I contacted them I received detailed information almost immediately, and in depth quotes for what I selected within a week. Their recommendations, as I said above, were excellent. The installer was prompt, courteous, professional and meticulous. I look forward to the next phase of the project which will be in a week or so. I love the new LEDs and am so glad I did the replacement.
