He and his helper did ok on the faucet. My water pressure is about half of what it was before though. My problem with him is that I mentioned that I would like a quote on painting the inside of my house. He and his wife came to do the quote. I told them first off that I could not afford a lot and I was trying to do things to my house a little at a time. She was very pushy and repeated said that I need granite counter tops and I need various other things and I could charge it. His quote was much higher than another quote I got. I received a call from him stating he was doing a follow up because I had not called him. When I said I was going to hold off he became quite agitated and said and quot;You're having someone else do it, aren't you?and quot;

I had to have another handyman come in and fix the faucet.

He couldn't do some of it. He works very slowly.

He responded quickly and even though he has a very busy schedule he was prompt in scheduling my work. He arrived within a reasonable time of the appointment and he proceeded with the work. The fixture on the ceiling was attached to some wires which were frayed and he repaired those as well as inspecting the nearby wires. He recommended that I get an electrician to go into the ceiling to replace some of the older wiring in the house as it is looking brittle. The other fixture in the kitchen was completely enclosed so I could not use the new CFL bulbs in it. He came up with a suggestion to change the type of cover used on the fixture to one that is open and reflective. He went to the store and bought the materials and then sawed it to the correct shape. He did an excellent job and solved several lighting problems for me that day. His work is always thorough and precise.

Had to call twice to get a return call. This was a rental, and property manager also had same issue. Did come out at arranged time, but said he wasn't sure when he could perform the job. Property manager had to push a little to have him be more specific, and do the quickly, as the renters were having to deal with a leaky toilet. He did the job in a timely manner, and according to manager did a good job.

JJ was a little late but called to let me know why. So that made it OK with me. He has a pleasant personality and works hard.I would hire him again. Thanks again J J

This was the second time we have hired him. He did a great job! I really do like his services and I trust him. He is very through and checks to make sure that everything is done the way that I expected before he leaves. If he is ever running late, he will call and let you know that he is going to run just a little late.

He is on Angie's List. He was fine. He came when he said he would come. It worked fine. I didn't have any problem with the price. He was good.

He was late in arriving as he called from the supply store and say he was running late; move than half an hour late.
He does good work but I have tried repeatedly to contact him but his voicemail box is full. I have tried a few times on various days. I would re-hire him for a small project that he and I talked about but at this rate, I guess that will not happen.

If he can't do the work, he won't do it; I like that because then it doesn't cause more problems in the future. His rates are good and he's on time. He's also very clean and cleans up after himself; no mess. He calls to let you know when he's on his way.

He has done some odds and ends kinds of things. He is busy. I would use his services in the future too.
