They are reasonable. They give immunization and some surgical things. They are able to assist people with financial help if necessary. It is very economical.

HOPE animal clinic provides low cost spaying/neutering. As such, you are not going to get the full service treatment of an individual veterinarian. It is also going to cost about 60% less.
They have an assembly line type of process for spaying/neutering. You must make a reservation with them before hand and you have to arrive within a prearranged, standard window of time in the morning. I suggest getting there earlier than that because it will put you at the front of the line. A lot of people use their services, and once the crowd forms, it takes longer to get through the whole process.
The process can be a little off-putting, but just remember, they are trying to manage a lot of people and dogs. Sometimes they have to talk loud to get people's attention. They may seem a little brash, but they are just trying to be efficient. No one was ever actually rude.
I found it most helpful to leave my dog in the car while I dealt with the initial paperwork. The arrival time is early morning, so you don't have to worry about heat.
You basically fill out a form, go to the front desk to submit it and to sign in. After, they will call you and then check your dog, ask you a bunch of questions, and tell you the fee. Make certain to bring your rabies certificate or else they will have to administer another one and will charge you.
That was the one part I didn't like. They have a basic fee, but there are add ons for being in heat, overweight, etc. The fees are reasonable and predetermined, but you don't know what the final actual cost until you get there. I thought my dog was out of heat, but they decided differently so I had to choose to either pay more, or try again a different day. I paid more.
I also had them install a microchip at the time. Very reasonably priced. You must pick the animal up the next day by a certain time. That was difficult to negotiate with my work schedule.
Both surgeries went well. I had a question about how one was healing, and they let me bring the dog back in to look at the suture.
For vaccinations, they take the dog into a back room to perform those. I don't think you need a reservation for this, but it occurs at a preset section of time. Check their website for all the details.

They give a discounted rate to the shelter. They do all of the tests, shots, and other care for the animals. They are very good people. If you are having economical problems they will give you a voucher to have your pet spay or neutered.

Overall, a good option for those who can't afford a veterinarian, but still want to do the right thing and sterilize their pet. However, be aware that they do not start IV fluids in the pet or monitor vital signs during surgery. If it was my personal pet, I would not take them to Hope because of this.

They try to provide good quality care, but at a reasonable price. It is basically just a clinic that neuters dogs and cats. The normal cost to have a dog neutered is $55, but my dog's testacies had not descended, so they had to go looking for them, so that is what it cost a little more. I thought the price was reasonable and very fair. I would recommend them because they did a very good job. I appreciate what they did.
