I called first thing in the morning to see if a technician could repair same day. The scheduler said the next opening would be in 2 days. I said it couldn't wait that long so she said a technician would call me between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Before coming to my home, he called at 8 and said he'd be at my home by 8:00 pm. He was there at 8:30 pm. He was polite, professional and had excellent customer service skills. I would definitely call this company again if I ever have locksmith related issues.

The office was helpful when I called, questioning what I needed to be done. She gave me a choice of times to meet with the locksmith at the location, which was surprisingly fast. When the workman arrived, it was right on time. The locksmith, Andrew, was professional, easy to communicate with, and went to work immediately. I was very pleased with the work done. This was a very good experience and would recommend this company to anyone needing a locksmith.

Worker, Marcello, was extremely helpful and consulted in depth on relative advantages of lockboxes versus intercoms and other options for my mom, who has multiple caretakers. Helped figure out the most practical and cost-effective solution for maintaining security in our individual situation. Did a great job and was friendly and courteous.

Haven was found by my uncle b/c they were one of the few certified locksmiths in Fresno. They came and installed 4 Medeco locks on our house. Robert came to do the installation, which took about 3 hrs. He was at our house until 7pm on a Friday night. He was very professional and got the locks installed and correctly.

Very well, I called and one day leter the service man came to repair the locks. He was polite and friendly, and fixed the locks in about a half hour.
Told me to call if there were any issues with the locks in the future. Both locks are working great.

The serviceperson came out the same day I called for an estimate - talk about fast! He arrived promptly and reviewed my request. I wanted one of the 5 door handles changed out to a lock/key type, so he went and bought a set that would match my existing brushed nickel hardware. He returned approx 30 minutes later with the new lock and got straight to work. He was very clean and quick, made 3 new keys for the locks, and it was a great value for the price. He was even friendly to my dog in the backyard. Very satisfied with the job and would use them again.
