They were very nice and professional. Did not have to wait for the guy to show up, in fact, he called and asked if he could come 15 min early, and that actually worked out better for me as well. As of yet, I still have not decided if I am going to remove the aggregate or if I am just going to have them come back and clean and seal it. If I do, I think I will use this company.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THE FLOOR STARTED COMING UP, AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK AND FIX IT. FINALLY AFTER MONTHS OF CALLING THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT SOMEWHAT. IT STILL DOESN'T LOOK CORRECT THOUGH.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THE PEOPLE AT HARD ROCK FLOORING WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE FLOORING LOOKS GREAT! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
