GINO GRILLO

He was just great. He has a wonderful personality and does very good work. He is very neat and I have always been pleased with his work.

Gino did a great job. He did break some tile getting the old threshold out, but that tile was very old and the grout was not in good shape. Some tiles further in the interior had already broken. It was bound to happen (not Gino's fault). When we looked under the tile, we saw water damage, so it was in poor shape anyway. This turned out to be a blessing because we found the damage. Gino is our guy when the time comes to fix the damage and put in new floor covering.

Gino painted the trim on my house and around the new doors he installed. $600 is the price I paid for the painting only. The door installation is on a separate report (another A grade). My neighbor across the street was watching him do my work and she had him paint her trim and front door. Her next-door neighbor saw the work he was doing and had him paint her trim. Gino is very honest and his prices are reasonable. He will be my first call for any home improvement project that comes up. He is skilled in many different home improvement areas.
