Everyone is very nice, Dr. Goblin is a very sweet person. She asked questions answered mine and didn't seem to be rushing me so she could to her next patient.

Dr. Felton is a good listener, then she addresses all your symptoms, concerns, and fears. I felt empowered to participate in my wellness. This is just the kind of doctor I was looking for. I would recommend this facility and Dr. Felton to the families of Fresno.

fantastic bedside manner

I am an OBGYN nurse. She is very knowledgeable, good with her patients and has good skills.

It went really well overall. This was my first time trying this clinic. The doctor was very professional and communicated everything step by step. Other than the wait time for an appointment, it was a good experience overall.

I really like going to them. They have a number of doctors there, mine is Dr. Marcie Dabbs. I see their nurse practitioners also. I have had good experience with all of them. I chose to go to them because I wanted a woman doctor and they have all woman doctors. That's my biggest main thing. Other than that, they have been very competent and very helpful. They have been good. I feel comfortable there. I don't have to wait too long. The last time I had to wait, because they were in the middle of an emergency, there was a lady who was crowning there. They had to come and get her right in the middle of it all. It kind of messed up their whole day. I have never gone to them for babies, because I am over the age of having babies. However, I see pregnant woman in there all the time. I think they are good for an overall woman's clinic. I would continue to use them in the future.

The people in this office are incredibly nice and personable. It never took very long to get in a room but then I would wait in the room for a very long time. The doctors, although also very friendly, were sometimes unclear in their communication. I went there for normal yearly visits but then started to go for Clomid fertility treatments. I have done these before with other doctors and this practice did not seem as detail oriented as my previous doctors were and they kept missing my ovulation. 5 treatments did not work and I switched doctors to try different treatments. Their billing department bothered me because they refused to bill my insurancefor treatments because I didn't have fertility treatments, but the insurance told that if they billed then at least the office visit and probably a few other aspects would be covered.

You feel very comfortable and the environment over there is really great. They have been an extremely professional group.

Dr. Nazzi Mojibi has been my son's pediatrician for over 2 years now. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has been incredibly responsive when I've called her office with concerns about my son (calling me back within a couple of hours). The nurses and office staff are wonderful and the office is clean and inviting. I also appreciate their sick child entrance which is nowhere near the main waiting area.She is part of the Fresno Women's Medical Group where I also go to see my OB/GYN. Highly recommended.

For the most part we like the doctor. I say mostly because it is the overall experience that reflects the owners/doctors The office is lacking in customer service and by this I mean we always get a sense that we are an inconvenience rather than an appreciated client. Its' not friendly/warm. I dont want fake friendly. I want friendly that comes from treating everyone the way you would like to be treated and that is most likely a trickle down lead by example deal and it shows that friendly good treatment might not be a priority. The dead insects in the overhead lights in the waiting area always creep me out because it makes me wonder what else might be in need of cleaning. One last thing. If you are gonna run a business that is usually running late; have the courtesy to make some reading materials available.
