Excellent communication. No issues with price -- simply a straightforward price quote. Quick worker -- in and out in under three hours. Quality job -- we were thinking of ripping the carpets out on a recent home purchase but, after Fresno Carpet Care cleaned them, they look so close to new, we'll just keep them. Tile was also excellent -- I figured that whoever had tiled had tinted the grout (it was uniformly brown in the kitchen) but, after Fresno Carpet Care finished the job, the tile was clean and the grout was clearly white. No problems start to finish -- highly recommended!

Jarod was on time and worked very hard, tart to finish. He charged usexacyly our quote and no surprise additional costs. Carpet looks great after drying and it is 20+ years. Old carpet.
