The the office is run unprofessionally with little attention to detail. 1. Waiting a week for an escrow report to be printed "someone dropped the ball" then lying about shipping it. 5-day delay 2. Forgetting to send me the Deed of Trust then trying to blame me for it. Seriously? another 5-day delay 3. Not sending a document to the recorder's office due to a hole then lying about shipping it. These folk need to get their act together! They need to Quit Lying! It makes no one trust a thing they do.
